About Me
My name is Rafaela Estrella and I am the CEO & founder of Estrellita Consulting. I have more than 10 years of leadership and Human Resources experience; my areas of expertise include: Employee Relations, Engagement Strategies, Manager/Peer Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Training & Development, DEI, Performance Management, and Staffing.
Throughout my career, my fundamental belief has been that people are any organizations' most important resource and that is why I decided to launch my own consulting firm to help leaders properly manage their most important asset, people.
As a first-generation Afro-Latina, I am the first in my family to break many barriers, including graduating from college. As a result, I am inspired to help others break barriers of their own.
